The 'Healthcare' People have under Socialism: 'Doctor' is plastered 24/7. Dirtied equipment. Basically better to just not go. No standards at all of care. Nobody gives a shit, every doctor in there makes as much as the guy working behind a cash register (unless they got those party connections). Proper morphine, anesthesia, and cleaning supplies haven't been delivered in god knows how long. The Government has basically, 'forgot', your hospital even existed.
Socialism in Venezuela failed because of filthy corrupt capitalism influenced it from outside. This is clearly America's fault. Once we properly install Marxism in the USA everything will be perfect. S/

This happened in reverse in Poland after the 1989 election which broke the Communist strangled hold. Within a couple of months, the shelves filled up.
