Smart! I went from 4.95% to 2.5% saving $1300 a month!!

By my calculations, that would equate to a loan of almost $1 million.

$1300 a month????

You're either a millionaire or in waaaay too much debt.

I hope you don't have to cave to the vaccine because you're in too much debt.

Yes, $3600payment to roughly $2300 payment. Not quite a millionaire, but I’m older and have worked very hard for what I own. Not in debt. Just taking advantage of a lower interest rates. Preparing to get screwed by Biden’s tax increases for my tax bracket.

I actually had someone quote some articles saying that our 1.9% drop in after tax income (average estimate from Biden's plan) is a decrease in taxes.

These people don't know that a 1.9% decrease in after tax income is a tax hike.

that's $20 you lose for every $100.

For me? That's nearly $100/week I'm looking at losing under biden.

FAR MORE when you look at his proposed taxes on investments. It's a fucking penalty for not being a retard

If AGI is over $400k and not a multi millionaire that can afford to have offshore accounts, you’re screwed.
