You are correct but just to clarify...the United States of America is a country but the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is a corporation that WAS registered in London in 1871 (under a warped version of masonic law as prescribed to by the, then, king of England) as a means to pay off the nation's debt from the civil war. That loan contract placed all tangible items (including people) as collateral. That debt was paid off to the bank of London (aka, the royal family) in 1999...too bad it was just refinanced with the federal reserve (yet another central bank).
