THIS IS THE WAY TO DRAIN THE SWAMP. If 34 state legislatures pass applications for an amendment for congressional term limits, Congress MUST call a convention for the States to propose the amendment. States lost their voice in the federal government with the passage of the 17th amendment. Senators were originally supposed to represent the state governments in Congress, and the House was supposed to represent the individual citizens in their districts. Maybe we should start there.
