THIS IS THE WAY TO DRAIN THE SWAMP. If 34 state legislatures pass applications for an amendment for congressional term limits, Congress MUST call a convention for the States to propose the amendment. I still think term limits is an easy way to install puppets that answer to someone else. Thanks for the book suggestion though. I'm looking into that now.

We already have that. They're called lobyists and donors. Term-Limits just expedites how fast they can be removed.

The problem is... lobbyists and donors don't have term limits. They just stack up around DC using political/corporate funds and continue with their agenda.

Another topic for the convention perhaps? Force our "elected" reps to come up with the actual bills instead of 3rd parties
