NO. Term limits aren't going to help. You'll end up with hundreds of members of congress that haven't had enough time to study the intricacies of their own state much less nation wide laws. Then the local DC propaganda network and foreign agents "help" craft the new laws themselves like they always do. Then every 8 years the pool of long term talent gets degraded each generation, meanwhile you have LIFE LONG POLICY MAKERS running congress each year and you have the same problem.

The solution is education, and actually arresting people when they commit the crime. Not to mention term limits are completely mute now that elections can be rigged at the push of a button.
Getting rid of the "lifers" is the exact point of all this.
Is it a cure-all? Hell no. But it's a good start.
Check out Mark Levine's book, The Liberty Amendments. This project has been going since the Obama years. And I do believe people are finally frustrated enough for it to pick up speed.
