THIS IS THE WAY TO DRAIN THE SWAMP. If 34 state legislatures pass applications for an amendment for congressional term limits, Congress MUST call a convention for the States to propose the amendment. While I agree that it's unlikely for a runaway convention to ever succeed given the checks put in place, after watching the past 4 years happen I feel like anything could happen. At the end of the day though it might be the best option - if they're going to disregard what's already in place, what would it hurt to add some more and see if it can swing things?
