If 34 state legislatures pass applications for an amendment for congressional term limits, Congress MUST call a convention for the States to propose the amendment. We're currently at 15 states. The problem is... lobbyists and donors don't have term limits. They just stack up around DC using political/corporate funds and continue with their agenda.
