Trump has demonstrated that he's not capable (or the task is just impossible) to gather enough effective trusted allies to his side to achieve the kind of results he promised us (HRC in jail, drain the swamp...). He went on with enormous promises (which is fine) but it feels like these promises were too big for him, sadly.
If let's say he announces his candidacy for 2024 I'll just be like "meh, thanks but no thanks". Kind of getting back with an ex after a hard breakup.
If he launches e.g. a new media then why not. I'm thinking he would be much more effective in this position than as a sitting President (him having been President will definitely help, also). We all know that it's ALL a question of media. He might be the one who launches a powerful, global media that counters the MSM without being a pastiche of controlled opposition like Fox or Newsmax can be.
LAST BUT NOT LEAST, it's really good to have an obvious outlier in the list of living ex-Presidents. Jimmy Carter was the only one remaining after Reagan's passing, and even a living Carter time is slowly coming to an end.
We should be thankful that we can count Trump among them, to counter the Bush, Obama, Clinton and now Biden.
Yes, media and technology platforms are both more powerful than the position of president right now. There is no path forward without an ability to influence the narrative. Right now, there are no mainstream avenues of effective dissemination of truthful information. Only problem is, most corporations will not sponsor the truth and a media outlet cannot survive without ad revenue. That is where we come in. We need to wield our collective power in the marketplace in order to make capitalism work for us. Boycott and buycott. Force the system to respond to our needs with our pocketbooks.

It's clear the latter involves pretty much getting rid of most of the federal government and its agencies.
As for the former, Hillary was NEVER going to prison for her crimes. You seriously still think the FBI would've handed him the evidence they had on Hillary?? The same government agencies that lied and withheld info all throughout his 4 years?

I think it's both. The governments that aren't irrevocably broken yet will eventually become broken. It's the perpetual cycle of any government, even if they're set up well in the beginning.
There will be no "grand jury". I'm sure they have all the evidence they need. Everybody in the swamp knows the evidence. But there will never be a grand jury just like there was no grand jury about the election fraud evidence.
The closest thing that resembled a grand jury for election fraud was the legislature hearings led by Giuliani. See what the media did with that? See what the courts did with that? See what the legislators did with that? Crickets.
The "politician Trump" ship has sailed imo.

It's never been a question of detaining the evidence.
When they would need to bring the case to a grand jury? Yes, having the evidence would matter.
You couldn't just point to old stories talking about the verified evidence.
