Google/YouTube are frauds. This kind of blatant editing is grounds for a lawsuit, Manipulating view count or rating on a pay-for-play site like that is misrepresentation to advertisers.

As someone that has used google advertising for a very specific category that is under constant duress from Middle eastern scum bag scam artists let me tell you, Google gives 2 shits about its advertisers or the people affected by them. Caught red handed on NETWORK NEWS SCAMMING PEOPLE? shrug is what google gives us in response.
