Don't use Twitter and Facebook.
And if you want to post a relevant message from either, crop it out as an image and leave out the parts that makes it identifiable as such. If necessary (for source) use Nitter.net.
It's just a message on the internet from a person that is publicly known.
Disincentivize people from using these websites. NOT posting their messages is preferable as well, so that they understand they shouldn't post their messages there either. Show messages on Gab.com instead.

Well, then contribute to change that.
I understand that logic but then how do I communicate to them how much I oppose their actions? It is better doing it publicly rather than a private email.
If you use Twitter to undermine Twitter, that is fine. This is a tactic the left uses in various ways against us, and it works. You will likely be banned for it though.
There are many other platforms of communication, and casually mentioning that you abandoned Twatter and co because they became extremely censorious and evil will leave an impact on people.
Promote Gab or whatever other alternatives there are.
Don't communicate Twitter or Facebook how you oppose them - they don't care. Only the numbers speak to them.
