We need to see how the courts respond to these specific suits.

Yep. Wait and see. That's how we play the game.

They're the side of action.

We're the side of wait and see.

Can't wait to win!

Good argument. This must be how you win your country back, with strong internet arguments.

Be more productive.

This isn't true. All along, judges have been ruling according to our laws in many places.

I think if they disable ALL comments, it’s not as bad legally for them as banning or blocking one person

Trump's people on Youtube disabled comments all the time. It was great to not see hateful leftist crap in the comments section.

What a waste of time whining about Youtube comments. Trump did the same exact thing for 4 years.

just gonna plug in here, the Gab Browser "Dissenter" has an addon built into it that used be the famous plugin known as Dissenter that created a webpage ontop of the website that you are on and allow you to make comments and visible to everyone who has the addon. This pissed off alot of the big tech so they banned the addon. Now its back in Gabs Browser.

For clarification, I mean that from the standpoint of a court looking at it

Joe Biden cannot block users on his official WH account. That's per a court decision early in Trump's presidency.

And IMO, that's another reason why Twit unplugged Trump--they knew he'd now have full use of the block function as an ordinary citizen.

Brother, I hate to tell you this but they can do whatever the fuck they want at this point. No one is going to stop them on any level.

We are living in a dystopian world. Focus on yourself, your family, and get ready for the forecasted war that always comes with shit like this.

At some point Youtube just banned WH from posting Trump to the WH Youtube channel altogether, which is obviously very questionable.

They can do it, until they get sued and a judge gives an order. Then they can still do it. This is a lawless, fraudulent regime.

But it would be worth it to sue them.
