The plan is to have him removed or step aside anyway. The only benefit if it did get raised in the house would be the televised evidence. There is no way articles of impeachment would be passed by the house though. Some states do have grounds for criminal cases if they have the balls to put the real election info out. I would love to see him go overseas and be captured by the Ukraine to face charges there.
It's just symbolic though. I guess there's some use in it for optics but that's really it.
