They need to have a bigger push in Northern Cali (Sac/Placerville area). They are almost non-existent in pushing up here. I do what I can.

Yes. A recall simply triggers an election. He'll dominioned back into office immediately.

Good thought. My guess is each state's election reform will all but put them out of biz.
What election reform? That's still a pipe dream that will only be realized in a few select red states, and will take years even then. CA will not be doing any election reform. And they certainly won't be doing it before a recall effort goes to vote.
