I would be down to start paying state taxes if it were only to fund this project. Hell, throw in a moat.
One of the actions Trump took last month was to finalize contracts on building the rest of the wall. Contractors have been assigned and paid so whether Biden and co like it or not, the wall will be finished
The US has an obligation to protect the states. If they do not protect us we have the right to protect ourselves.
I do not have an educated answer to that... but I sense the ground it sits on will provide the answer. Is it Federal property?
