I am not an expert, but what will happen if the elections officially will be seen as rigged? Is all what happens now then unconstitutionally? Who is in charge then? Will senators also get the boot? Etc.

No, Trump would win because he did NOT concede.
They'll say 'yeah, it's rigged, but it's already done. You'll need to impeach to get him out.'
The courts MAY side with the election fraud at this point. Because they're no longer kingmakers and they can pass the buck to Congress to do whatever it is they're going to do.
I can tell you though, that IF the courts said 'yeah, there's election fraud' and congress said 'okay let's impeach', they'd yank Biden/Harris out and you know who you would get? Nany Pelosi. For FOUR YEARS.
You can't prove she was unlawfully elected so by default, she would become President. Congress COULD petition for an emergency/special election, but that would die on the floor. In all reality, Nancy would fucking LOVE to be President.
That' opens the door for Texas to bring their case back to the supreme court under quo warranto, and this needs to be done. Trump could also bring the case since there is injury now, there would be standing, and he or Texas would win.
