There are multiple major issues of equal importance. You, you must prove yourself with an ID, but you should also not be able to mail in your ballot. In person voting only, unless there is a legitimate excuse. Georgia offered "no excuse" mail in voting. Voting needs to be done in paper, with a reproducible paper trail. Counting needs to be verifiably monitored, or considered not valid.
