Close. They were keeping it up as long as possible, but once .win was raedy Doggos stickied a post that the admins had removed for rulebreaking. While we might disagree that it should be considered rulebreaking, it clearly was.
This got Doggos and the sub in trouble with the admins and is what led to the mod team getting banned. The Admins called for more mods, but in the mean time existing mods could not keep up with the taffic so the mods changed the sub to posting from approved users ownly (Finton was one), Admins presented a list of accepted mods to the existing mods with posting history on T_D as a requirement and the remaining mods declined them all.
It sat dead with no new activity for a while before it was actually banned. The lack of activity was because the mods had turned off posting and didn't accept any new mods, even though they were T_D posters.
