Very good article. Won't appeal to the doomers, but taking back our Republic, like anything worth having, is going to take effort, work, perseverance, commitment, and yes, incrementalism. America didn't become a woketardy, corrupt, corporate fascist kleptocracy overnight and it's not going to be returned to a constitutional republic in one election cycle.

Your post is probably 10k down by now and nobody will see this. But .. I enjoyed the read. It also made me reflect how this community tends to jump at every shadow .. a coward dies a thousand deaths.
Just bc a bill was proposed, someone posted something mean or insane online, or a crime happened doesn't mean the sky is falling. I found the following mantra to be life changing many years ago: "nothing is perfect; nothing is ruined"
We have things going for us and things going against us. Let's focus on how best to play the cards we are dealt.
This is a fun community of generally like-minded people who love their country, but I completely agree with you, the overreaction here is frequently astounding. I think too many on the New Right/Alt Right (I hate the "Deplorables" term) believe that culture, history, art, language, government, even civilization are self perpetuating and inherently maintained by its own volition. That has never been the case.
Yet that belief carries over into the mundane, so people don't become involved at the basic local level of their communities and advocate the economic nationalist/America First position with their local leaders, state representatives, and Congressmen or even run for local elected office. Instead, they believe that the Revolution of 1776 just occurs organically without effort. Then when things become difficult and challenges arise, we get things like Q, which absolves anyone of the dreary artifice of work in exchange for the promise of some mystical dispensation emanating from an acronym.
