Use the 4th as well. They have no right to be on your property without a warrant. Tell them to get a warrant and come back. Make them do the paperwork. When they come back, refer them to your attorney (or ask to have one present)
No, plead the 5th and shut up. Many judges have ruled that if you plead the 5th and continue to talk you are then refusing your right to stay silent and can be compelled.
