also i absolutely agree about blaming pence. anyone who thought it made any sense that constitutionally he could do ANYTHING, was smoking crack. or listening to people like flynn to much. and all the others.

first the people vote, then the EC votes. and then after all that, it really all just comes down to the VP? so there's just this one simple trick that was there the whole time and just nobody thought to use it, where the VP could just over-rule everything and pick whoever they want as president? it's incredible that so many people fell for that gobbletygook.

that said would i have appreciated it had pence TRIED to do something that he probably had no legal authority to do? yes. i would have. because dems probably would've with this much on the line. but yeah it would've just gone to SCOTUS within a day and pence would've been over-ruled anyway.
