I'm working on a small, personal one. I could maybe point you to a couple places, though.
Our local thrift store is awesome. They give back to the community and our school and the owners also have a farm. My family is low income and for Christmas they bought my son toys, gave us a large gift card that they had been given and felt they didn't need and gave us meat from animals they butchered. I know they get blessed already but they really deserve it
I live in rural West Texas. Our closest neighbor is almost a mile away. My kids small town elementary school raises 3 flags every morning....Old Glory, Lone Star State, and Trump 2020. (They were at half mast this morning)
I agree with you for the most part. If our small town wasn't exactly what we were looking for, we would have homeschooled. We do a lot of "additional learning" at home i.e. target practice at our gun range, metal machining, electrical circuits, and LOTS of math. My 2nd grader knows geometry, algebra and dropped a buck at 200 yds. My kindergartner is rain man at multiplication and cuts threads on my south bend lathe
Yes. Well stated.
Thank you! May God bless you and, the censors miss you
Anyone know of a Texas homestead? Would love to work for/support them.

Nice but, I still recommend homeschool over everything.
