I think he should run for congress first in 2022 in Florida (they have secure elections) to sweep the house and get Nancy’s seat. And then while controlling the legislative agenda run for 2024.
Controlling legislature he could also “incentivize” the states to secure elections. I.e. withhold fed funds until they get their shit together.
Also he could impeach Biden or Harris while he’s at it.
