wait until economic opportunities like employment return to scarcity. People will seek to create your vacancy in the mere hope of filling your shoes or hooking their peoples up with a job. I saw this to a degree back when jobs were scarce during Obama, but before cancel culture was so deeply ingrained in society. People were snitching for minor grievances and transgressions and creating vacancies they would then help fill.

Even worse, people will do it out of boredom now, and not even for personal gain. Them fucking your life up will be for the greater good of society in their minds.

This phenomenon will return, and it will hold true in skilled and unskilled jobs and careers. Someone will take you down or out to move up or in.

Be wary of coworkers. Share no secrets. Know your friendlies, but still hold onto some of your cards.

$15 min wage and or illegals amnesty will skyrocket us from having excess jobs and a low unemployment rate, to having few to no jobs and many people out of work and looking. It will turn people who were happy w their payment package, into terrible people who will throw you under the bus for a chance to improve their now shitty compensation. It's coming.

Most shocking, there will be incentive programs for all sorts of snitching. RIGHT OUT IN THE OPEN. So prepare yourself. Everyone who you can't trust 100%, who has a bit of dirt on you, start presenting to all those people as squeaky clean and guard your secrets like they could cost you everything. Minimize the damage that can come to you, even if you are right.

People in corporate roles know it is already sorta like this, expect it to become worse, inescapable, and right out in the open. The first amendment is dead. You can't even have private views outside of work without facing repercussions if they are not the correct views.

There is a war on your convictions. Suit up.
