No, the institutions are corrupt. Joining them now as opposition to the corruption is at best career suicide and at worse actual suicide.

The time to hold institutional power is over. We have entered the final phase of our soviet style take over. Right now we need to be organizing things that can reliably replace the current framework of institutional power, when the time comes.

its not an idiotic mindset at all. Sure you can join up and resist all you want (good luck with that btw), but its far better resistance to not support their machine at all. If people stopped joining up, they would have to do the draft again for their next BS war. If they have to do the draft again, nobody will support their BS war. If nobody supports their BS war, they will continue to double down as they lash out, and lose even more support. Power is an illusion.
