No it's not that simple. Yes of course you need institutional power to do anything. But you're crapping on people, calling them clear enemies, who don't want to provide increased power and support to institutions that are already enemy-controlled.

Thinking of iowahawks excellent summary of leftists:

  1. infiltrate an important institution
  2. kill it and gut it
  3. wear its carcass as a skin-suit while demanding respect

Yes it's a powerful strategy. Especially if you're willing to do what it takes to advance up through the ranks during step 1. Some people's conscience won't (yet) let them do that in institutions controlled by the left.

So we infiltrate Planned Parenthood? Strive to be the most effective baby-killers in the whole organization so that we hopefully can rise through the ranks to leadership?

How about the military that just guarded and enforced the communist coup-takeover of our country. Support it as best we can so that it can be an as effective liberty destroying fighting force as it can be until we find out we can't obtain a politically-screened leadership position at the top?

The alternative is to work to reveal the killing and gutting of the institutions has occurred and those wearing the carcass as a skin-suit no longer deserve that institutions formerly-warranted respect and power. And to start to fill that newly visible institutional power vacuum with new institutions.
