This is our biggest problem by far. Muttering about how we "don't care" and leaving in a huff only cedes vital territory to the enemy.

A retreat is still a retreat even if you try to sound macho while doing it.

It's not vital territory, it was bread and circus that was actively harming us. Same with Hollywood.

It's a vast mechanism of opinion control and you're placidly giving it away to your worst enemies.

My brother is like this. There's only one or two things he enjoys in life. They slowly got infected after years of me telling him this.

It's a vast mechanism of keeping people on their couches like useless, idle zombies. The opinion control is secondary.

Unglue you and your friends' faces from the television. Inspire people with energetic, productive ideas that don't need them to be sitting on their ass for hours on end everyday. It's things like the scouts movement we shouldn't be giving away. But instead of saving that we'd rather spend our time trying to stop our favorite tights-wearing ball-throwers from kneeling or our favorite make-believe superhero movies from being feminist.
