The only country, in my opinion Governmentally speaking, who is a sure bet is Taiwan, unfortunately they are too small, and can't exert any meaningful force without help.
At best they can only defend an invasion, and that is IF the land invasion is done first. But China won't do that, they know the PR disaster that would follow. If China does take military action against Taiwan, they will just create a false flag that will allow them to bomb Taiwan into submission without sending any troops first (They literally have so many missles they could destroy the entirety of Taiwan) 100x over. Then once they bomb/destroy everything that could fight them, then they would do a land invasion and just take it.
I hope my opinion is stupid, because it makes me incredibly sad and depressed to think about.
