Almost impossible that the inauguration was pre-filmed. That would be a huge risk - everyone at the event would have to be completely hidden while the inauguration supposedly happened on the 20th. There's also the risk that the weather would change between filming day and the 20th. Sorry, too messy and I don't see a compelling reason for it. Some of the other ideas were pure crazy :)
