Cali and other states want that. Illegals being counted gives them more reps, more fed cash and more electoral votes. Without illegals being counted border states would lose money and reps. So would other states that are havens for illegals.
Why do you think Cali is all open arms when it comes to illegals? They didn't get 55 electoral votes based on Americans... At least twelve of those votes are from illegals.

I contacted my FL attorney general. Unfortunately this state likely benefits from this too. That's why I'm asking that other state's attorneys general be reached out in case my attorney general won't act.
I have been working on this issue in every state I have lived in since the mid 1980s with no luck. By all means keep reaching out to state legislatures, AGs and governors. The more People they hear from the better. Just don't expect the government to fix something that lessens their power.
This is why the founders were not fans of big government in general.
Is it possible to set up a state level electoral vote? So instead of just popular vote in the state for electoral votes. Each county would get a certain number of votes that are assigned based on the county level popular vote. This would counter the massive federal immigration to stuff the electoral vote problem.
This is unconstitutional. They are not citizens.
