We cannot let them get away with censoring our voices on Youtube and Twitter. SCOTUS has already ruled that POTUS cannot cancel people he doesn't like.

This is literally a slam dunk case. If i was a lawyer I would already be filing suit regarding the Youtube shut down of comments and removal of down votes.

Lawfare works both ways, we MUST fight like they do. We are MAGA not piss pants cowards at the GOP.

This is the way.

You must stand Biden to have standing

Joe’s been kneeling the entire time. Harris, too, but for other reasons.

Trumps WH turned off comments on the YouTube channel also

Where it goes wrong (accosting to the courts) is when they allow comments but block only some people

Dang, I did not know that about Trump Youtube. Shitty move, didn't they realize that the Youtube comments are usually pretty based?

8
Schiffblower 8 points ago +8 / -0

Maybe they wanted to keep the “based” comments off and have it for informational purposes

I put “based” in quotes cuz we can get a little out of hand for an official government channel

Well we are domestic terrorists with our violent words and memes you know.

Pay no attention to that freedom of speech thing, that's only reserved for burning down wendy's and beating up old ladies.

I agree with what you’re saying

What I’m really trying to say is we all have so many outlets and Trump or Biden shutting down comments on YouTube on the official WH channel isn’t so bad to me

How about when they remove down thumbs (or whatever they're called)

Misrepresents content to potential advertisers

I personally don’t give a shit but that’s a scummy thing to do. I don’t know that it’s illegal, but it’s definitely scummy AF

The law doesn't apply anymore. This is what we learned on 11/3/2020 and all throughout the summer.

Social Contract has been nullified

4
DeadOverRed 4 points ago +4 / -0

That rule was for Republicans. It doesn't apply anymore.

A case is only as good as the court that's hearing it, and as long as we have compromised traitors occupying the bench, nothing in our favor will be accomplished.

Muh Laches! Muh Standing!

Kag_Maga 2 points ago +2 / -0

Take this crap to the Supreme Court and YOU will get dunked on... truth is no sword against these usurpers... Pointing out the hypocrisy doesn't win the argument when the other side is fully demoralized (in the Bezmenov sense, not common usage)

MetalRiddle 2 points ago +2 / -0

SCOTUS has already made it clear, they are compromised by the Deep State.

2
Gingabombs 2 points ago +2 / -0

Would this apply to YouTube tinkering with the down votes on their behalf?

2
ScoobyKnows 2 points ago +2 / -0

Two different sets of rules. Guess nobody has been paying attention 🤷

"Lafarge works both ways" ha, this guy hasn't been paying attention.

The supreme court isn't something to be taken seriously. The issue of free and fair elections wasn't a big enough deal for them to look at. So I have very little interest in their opinions, and do not trust their judgement.

SCOTUS will just refuse to acknowledge previous cases. No standing. NEXT!

abstr4ct 1 point ago +1 / -0

Doj has asked for this to be reversed as it was not fair. Funy how doj now gives a shit about fairness.

ashsmart 1 point ago +1 / -0

This is the fucking way!

This is how they get around it: they just ask Google, etc. to do the censoring. Because the private company is doing the censoring and not the government, the case doesn't apply.
