Right after next midterms, so expect President Harris to "assume office" around Jan 2023.
6 months. They've already floated a negative story about his mental lapses in Politico. They won't be able to let him meet with other world leaders alone because it will be apparent that he has serious dementia. The job itself will amplify his problems.
6 months tops - unless he blows a gasket before then with all those meds they're pumping him full of so he doesn't drift off mid-sentence or fall over.
