O.K.
Find a Congressman to get up their and speak about it.
Start confusing them, twist their words, get them to QUESTION themselves. Call up tgeir offices and ask questions, slow them up.
Ask how a Bill can be read in it's entirety in front of Congress.
Tell a congressman to say he has problems with his eyes today, so he wants the clerk to read the whole bill in front of congress.!!! Etc.
