The problem is Biden has non-retards on his staff. His EO's aren't written like Trump's. Namely they don't have some sweeping nationwide effect. Yeah cancelling the wall or the pipeline hurts the entire country, but the Courts don't see it that way. So that means only people who are directly hurt can sue and they have to sue where the injury happened for the most part. For the wall that's not necessarily a bad thing because there are based judges in Texas and Arizona. But for the pipeline, good luck finding a non-compromised judge in the midwest.
