This is the official White House YT channel of Biden's speech today. Someone on a hit mic at 1:16:37 very clearly says "so just so you know my life, as we're waiting to do this. I just agreed to a plea sentence for.. " and then trails off.

It's their first day in office and someone agreed to a plea sentence while they were waiting for Biden's address? What's going on? Thought it was very interesting.
