An old senile man who thinks he won the Presidency and moved into a big white house. But the servant, Tom Hanks, soon discovers that Old Joe has trouble controlling his Bowel Movements. And so begins the humorous escapades of Servant Tom, as he runs around the big white house cleaning up after another blow up of Joe's Volcano. No job is too messy for Servant Tom.
