US Constitution is the highest law of the land. No law supersedes it nor can any law change it short of a ratified amendment. Please note a ratified amendment is not a law but now part of the US Constitution.
Laws are only "lawful" if they abide by the US Constitution...this is literally the basis of why we have a country.

The courts have made all sorts of loopholes to crawl through while fucking over the Constitution. Like police DUI checkpoints which violate the 4th Amendment. The court even admits it violates the 4th but claim it's ok because "public safety". Either they are inalienable rights or they are not. The courts claim they are not.
