The fact that the GOP isn’t running around right now with their hair on fire pushing election reform nationwide is all the proof necessary that we need a “third” party (really a second party outside the Uniparty).

Third party is only needed where we can't primary GOP RINOs. First option should be for Trump to back a challenger. In the event that that challenger doesn't win the primary, he should run a 3rd party candidate and split the vote (thus unseating the GOP). If Trump wants to raise a true conservative party in this country we are going to have to do the hard thing and be willing to lose a couple elections.

The time between a primary and an election is way too short to play like that. Then the third party still had to be on the ticket, etc, and that person would need to be ready to go. It had to start from the outside.
