I'm guessing the troops will be permanently deployed in DC then.

They are nervous about ordering our deaths, so- The Troops will stay through genocide

RealAozolai 72 points ago +72 / -0

Though I’ve read the US Constitution about 3x now... i still have to ask is this shit even constitutional? I mean what the fuck? How do you impeach a citizen not holding office??

57
NoatakTheWiser 57 points ago +57 / -0

Anything is possible in clown world 🤡🌍

27
RealAozolai 27 points ago +27 / -0

Yea, you’re right. Can’t expect logic now that libtards control everything.

27
remindmelater 27 points ago +38 / -11

The real answer is you can't....so why.....it's because they know something...that Trump is really still president because that's the way the votes went. So trump is letting them continue in this little (big) Schade to catch all those treasonous traitors.....

75
labajada 75 points ago +76 / -1

you're just picking hopium out of the carpet now.

Cook it up on a spoon, use a cig filter to get the lint out, and inject it. It'll hit just like an early december vintage.

Hope is a Christian virtue.

18
eyejack 18 points ago +19 / -1

Fortitude, Temperance, Prudence, Justice, Hope, Faith, and Charity.

Everyone knows the sins but hardly anyone knows the virtues anymore.

0
sniffyJB 0 points ago +1 / -1

Patience is a virtue, Virtue is a grace. Grace is a little girl Who would not wash her face.

2
Hullohoomans 2 points ago +3 / -1

Yeah, hope in God.

1
Italians_Invented_2A 1 point ago +2 / -1

And that's why we lost.

The ancient Greeks saw hope as a curse.

Instead of rioting and doing what needed to be done in November, patriots were made complacent by the hope that the courts or Congress would fix the fraud.

If patriots went full BLM in November Trump would still be president.

Must have bought some of that Chinese made hopium. Still looking for a new source of hopium for 2024. Gonna be hard with fraud apparently being "allowed".

10
Isolated_Patriot 10 points ago +10 / -0

The real answer is you can't

The can do what ever they get away with.

Who is going to stop them?

8
remindmelater 8 points ago +8 / -0

I guess if you can outlaw a pronoun....anything is possible....

8
pepperedtrail 8 points ago +8 / -0

-2
remindmelater -2 points ago +2 / -4

have you heard about the two president prophecy?...in 2008 Kim Clement prophesied that there would be two presidents for a short while..https://youtu.be/6175yIyaHE4

3
pepperedtrail 3 points ago +6 / -3

Dude you can't trust those pastors. Prophecies died out a long time ago. They are just snake oil salesmen.

4
HuggableBear 4 points ago +5 / -1

You can't impeach a private citizen.

You can impeach an elected official even if they no longer hold that office.

3
remindmelater 3 points ago +3 / -0

of course you're right....still it seems a bit petty to impeach a person for a crime you committed.....

1
Kongol626 1 point ago +1 / -0

Is there something written about this? I looked this up and can't find anything.

1
TwoStar 1 point ago +1 / -0

But they are no longer an elected official. The elected term has ended.

I understand that facts and law don't matter anymore. Is there any precedent for federal impeachment after the person left office?

1
HuggableBear 1 point ago +1 / -0

No, there's no precedent for it, but it is legal.

And since when has precedent mattered when Orange Man Bad? They are going to do anything they can to ruin this man and his family. If they can pull it off, they're going to leave him and everyone he's ever spoken to destitute and homeless. They want anyone who might ever think about upsetting their corrupt system to look at Trump and see what will happen to them if they try.

1
Ocineaa 1 point ago +1 / -0

Sigh. Please no more of this Q bullshit.

6
HuggableBear 6 points ago +6 / -0

You can impeach someone who no longer holds office. There's no stipulation that they must hold the office at the time of impeachment.

They're pushing this still because they're scared Trump is going to run again in 2024 and a conviction would prevent him from ever holding office again.

1
Tallsie 1 point ago +1 / -0

They are doing this as a play against President Trump to threaten him for considering a party split. The Republicans don’t care about anything except their Rino party.

2
sgttoporbottoms 2 points ago +2 / -0

The party split is more leverage against the rinos than anything. They fear that occurring because it stops the gravy train

2
Tallsie 2 points ago +2 / -0

This is the bluff against it. They are going to use the RINOs to push impeachment of President Trump doesn’t back down. They are destroying themselves as we speak!

2
minotaurbeach 2 points ago +3 / -1

Maybe- Trump is still in office and the Military is in control. He can write as many ridiculous ones- as he wants, and he seems under duress

  • they can't be carried out if the Military court looked at the evidence, and Trump proved he won. Trump, and his family- Must stay safe,

What will really be telling is if Biden tries to leave and they refuse to let some people leave.

2
GlockArm 2 points ago +3 / -1

The constitution is just a piece of paper until you're ready to kill for it.

Just being real while you all ignore the rigging and try to say we'll just win whatever next time. There will be an attempted gun confiscation before the midterms.

39
Basement_Dweller 39 points ago +39 / -0

I won't vote a republican ever again if it happens.

8

15
Barbs 15 points ago +15 / -0

Mitch doesn’t care, he’s like 78. After this six-year stint he’ll retire.

He needs to know that he’s nailing the coffin lid shut on the entire party. He won’t even be minority leader after the bloodbath they’ll suffer through in 2022.

7
GlockArm 7 points ago +8 / -1

They don't need your votes.

The only thing that matters now is force. Your 1st amendment will be illegal under hate speech laws and gun confiscation will happen quickly. They're openly talking about re-education camps for trump supporters.

You guys won't wake up till it's too late.

bowill01 30 points ago +30 / -0

If Trump doesn't spend his full impeachment defense time presenting voter fraud evidence then we missed a huge opportunity. I mean who cares if you're removed from office once you're already out of office. Abuse the system.

8
Wtfbombs 8 points ago +8 / -0

I believe you cant run again if impeached

13
Ed_Ward 13 points ago +13 / -0

That is true. But all he has to do is run Don Jr.

11
generated_name 11 points ago +11 / -0

At this point, it wouldn't surprise me if he were tired and didn't want to run again anyway. Since Mitch is so bent on revenge (for something) then I say let him try. Let Mitch and the senate deal the killing blow to the GOP (which is what would happen), and then start a new party. Then, like you said, let Don Jr. take a shot at it.

2
consumptiveballerina 2 points ago +2 / -0

How old will he be in 2024? 78? I kind of hope he chooses to relax for the rest of his life. He's certainly earned it.

2
chaletschuss3467 2 points ago +2 / -0

Who's best - Don Jr, Gaetz, DeSantis ? any others - like John James?

7
Barbs 7 points ago +7 / -0

Pretty much Don Jr, DeSantis, and then Gaetz.

The closer to the President, the better. Junior even has the same DNA, plus he’s half Czech. Czech’s are pretty based.

1
TheTelltaleFly 1 point ago +1 / -0

What about Pompeo? He seemed pretty solid.

2
Ed_Ward 2 points ago +2 / -0

Gaetz and DeSantis are probably better on their ownbecause they've had to build themselves up more, but may not make the same decisions Trump did. With Don Jr. I think it's highly likely that Trump would be able to almost control him.

1
NerBolanski 1 point ago +1 / -0

Desantis might be great.

2
Geeee 2 points ago +2 / -0

Those three and Noem, imo

0
DJTrump_MD 0 points ago +5 / -5

Don Jr. is not Trump, not by a long shot. He’s lived life with a silver spoon in hand, whereas Trump has the hunger. The hunger to be better, to make things better, to show how to be better, and to call people out for not being better. That’s not Don Jr.

I could swallow Eric Trump, who seems to have a natural savvy to him, but not Don Jr.

13
ApprenticeParty 13 points ago +13 / -0

My guy, Don Jr gave up his silver spoon to tend bar or something for years. He's an outdoorsman, a natural leader, and definitely one of us.

1
Ed_Ward 1 point ago +1 / -0

The advantage of Don Jr. is that I think it is likely he could be controlled and led by Trump so it would be like him getting another term.

1
NerBolanski 1 point ago +1 / -0

Don Jr is based but he has horrible takes. if he can channel Trump's charisma and be a little bit more resistant to People pleasing, Israel and Ivanka; then he would be great.

8
HuggableBear 8 points ago +8 / -0

I don't think he would anyway, honestly. He'd be 80 when he took office, 84 when he left.

That's old, dude. Trump is superhuman, but he doesn't need this shit anymore. He's made his point and he can be the martyred figurehead at the forefront of a new party and probably have a bigger impact than if he continues to lead the Republicans that hate him.

2
Alpha_plus 2 points ago +2 / -0

He might not want to anyways.

2
HiddenDekuScrub 2 points ago +2 / -0

Nothing says you can't. This is a kangaroo court for the express purpose of destroying him so that little guys like the rest of will be too scared to ever try again.

Classic Alinsky. Pick a target and polarize it. Destroy it.

12

Mitch McConnell needs to call home. His state is not happy.

10
TheRealFakeNews 10 points ago +10 / -0

Should have pardoned Assange. They were always going to go after Trump and his family. They are going to make an example of him incase someone else gets the idea to challenge the swamp.

0
Italians_Invented_2A 0 points ago +1 / -1

He should have done a lot of other things to have avoided what is coming to him.

I followed and loved Trump since summer 2016, but I had to accept the bitter reality: he plays checkers, not chess.

At least the nazis hated the communists and pedos....I will give them that.

2
Italians_Invented_2A 2 points ago +2 / -0

Crazy how the right still falls into the propaganda that they were evil, instead of learning from what they did.

2
Joesf23 2 points ago +2 / -0

Currency backed by actual labor/work was another good thing. Got them away from the central bank bullshit. Not everything in 1930s germany was "kill all the jews and take over over the world!". It is very annoying how ignorant conservatives are with history. Civil War is another one. The idea that we had a civil war because racist southerners wanted to keep beating and owning black slaves while the north just wanted to free them is one of the dumbest myths ever created by our media and government. Lincoln was a fucking tyrant when you look at what he did. Yet, he has a memorial because he ate a bullet.

3
Italians_Invented_2A 3 points ago +3 / -0

The irony is that most conservatives who know that mainstream media and the education system lies all the time, they suddenly believe what they are taught about the nazi without question.

The nazi invented a different form of government, know today as the "third position".

racist southerners wanted to keep beating and owning black slaves

The deeper lie is that slavery in America had anything to do with race.

6
Monkeybeardontcare 6 points ago +6 / -0

I thought this was about Assange. I can’t believe this is about trump. HE’S OUT OF THE WHITE HOUSE. Wtf does he know that he won’t share that they’re so afraid of

7
generated_name 7 points ago +7 / -0

He's hinted at knowing a lot we never actually got to see; but I think the real reason for this is they want to try and use Trump as an example; so that nobody will ever get in and try and act up again. They also want him "erased" from history, and to bot have the intel clearances that former presidents get to keep.

5
bluedevilga 5 points ago +5 / -0

I thought the deal was that if assange didn't get a pardon, then Trump wouldn't be impeached. Mr turtle is already turning his back on that? How long until Kentucky Burns him not in effigy but in the Walmart parking lot?

2
Geeee 2 points ago +2 / -0

this is why I'm amazed that Trump was naive enough to listen. Surely he didn't believe they'd hold up to their end?

House already impeached it will be heard by the senate, just a matter of when. McConnell is a swamp creature no doubt, but I'm not sure negotiating the timetable for something that is inevitable is nefarious.

1

This was exactly what I was thinking, I've been watching a lot of WW2 documentaries and is like they used what was done to Hitler and the nazi's as a playbook to use against trump and conservatives

No we weren't. Maybe a few. Question is were Democrats in favor of impeaching him? Because that would be the apples to apples comparison for this clown world situation.
