The real answer is you can't....so why.....it's because they know something...that Trump is really still president because that's the way the votes went. So trump is letting them continue in this little (big) Schade to catch all those treasonous traitors.....

You can't impeach a private citizen.
You can impeach an elected official even if they no longer hold that office.
Is there something written about this? I looked this up and can't find anything.
