I remember a certain Governor Granholm saying something similar at her first State of the State address. This was back right at the beginning of the recession that followed the housing bust. It was something like: "When the rest of the nation sinks into recession, our economy will be growing with new green jobs". Not only did Michigan's economy NOT grow, we went into the recession with both feet standing firmly on the accelerator. Michigan led the nation in unemployment for at least a couple years after that. No, for every green job Biden "creates", expect two or three regular jobs to dissappear.
