Either they'll have no standing because it's not the media's fault they failed to accurately state what Biden would do when elected, or it'll be thrown out because it's moot; the damage is done and it isn't the place of the court to regulate the first amendment.
Even if everyone just sued them in small claims court, if enough people did it individually, they would either lose by default and you could potentially file liens against them, or they would spend $500 per hour on lawyers to show up to fight the cases. Even if the case lasts 5 minutes, the lawyer bills at least an hour. If 1000 people filed cases, that's half a million in potential legal fees.
