Nooo... if you actually stop and read that page it clearly tells you like it always has that the issue is with the host and not with cloudflare....

It always happens when we have times of majorly increased traffic.

And the domain wasn't stolen.... it can't be stolen if it's the person who originally bought and owned it.... they just never kept their promise to eventually legally split it with the other mods so that it wasn't centralized to one person and that is simply what they have done now.
