So what is Corporate America’s EIN? Publicly or privately traded? What state was America, inc incorporated in? How exactly do taxes work when the government is in fact the entity in question?
Do taxes just move to the profit and loss statement under non-operating revenue? How does the Federal government levy taxes without the IRS? If there are no taxes how does the nation pay for you know... nation stuff?

D.C. is a territory of the USA.
It was created through the Residency Act of July 16, 1790. The power to do so is established by Article I, Section 8, Clause 13 of the US Constitution.. Once construction was completed the city was officially established via the District of Columbia Organic Act of 1801.
Later during the war of 1812 the British attacked. The USMC held the line allowing civilians, the government, and politicians to retreat. As an sign of respect the Brits left the Commandants house and the barracks at 8th & I untouched as they razed DC. Reconstruction continued until 1868 which may lead to some of the confusion among your ilk.
The District of Columbia Act of 1871 served to fuse Washington and Georgetown into a single metropolitan area.
Going further, DC is not under Roman law. The Vatican’s flag is not what Marshall Report claims. Did I mention the Vatican considers being a Freemason to be a mortal sin?
