I believe it was at the FLOTUS’ request. A good man will fight for what is right. But family comes first. They both need rest. Being attacked 24/7 for 5 years. Being back stabbed by the swamp, media, seeing those that you helped along the way that now have a voice put mud on your name, and at the end, come to find your vice prez doesn’t have your back. I have also wrestled with the question. Something changed; i just don't know what. Were too many military officers compromised? Was the swamp too deep? Were there still too many normies who refused to see the truth and "wake up"? Did Pence and/or Barr ruin everything? What about SCOTUS's fuckery? Did Trump decide he needed to dominate the media first, get truth out, before anything would change for the better? What happened to all those sealed indictments?
So many questions with no answer. I am frustrated and confused to say the least, but not giving up hope of a miracle happening.

Except that unless they gave her some assurance they would leave him them alone - it's not over for the Trumps. I'm pretty sure NY is going after him. He'll be disparaged constantly by the left. She'll have to watch him deal with the anguish of seeing his supporters picked apart. Brennan is now publicly chiming in. Whatever torture he endured before will be nothing like it now - just picture yourself standing in the gap for a people, and then having to watch as you are no longer there to protect them. How would you feel?
The more I calm down about Wednesday the more I wonder what's really going on. Not ready to go full hopium, but it all doesn't add up. I just can't believe Trump gave up. I'll have to learn to accept it with time, but tonight? Yeah, it doesn't add up at all.

I believe it was due to the storming of the Capital. Those asshats, which were paid rioters, made our cause look foolish. We were trying to be heard, and they forced the chaos, which made us look bad on a bad note. I truly feel once that happen, it was out of Trump's control, because they fed right into the hands of the enemy, and gave them the ammunition needed to paint with the broad brush. Prove me wrong.

I don't think they would've done it while in office, he would've become a martyr for the cause and they couldn't have him going all Obi-Wan. Now that he's out of the public eye, it'd be easier to do him in Scalia-style with no (or limited) repercussions.

I really think that Donald Trump was disheartened! He has a very strong man! I believe in Donald Trump 100% and can’t wait to see what he pulls out next! I am not a groupie or a cultist I never even watched his show on TV. I didn’t even know his show ran for as long as it did! My ears perked up when I saw the things that he was accomplishing as the president! You didn’t walk in and get things put together he fought, and fought, and fought for us and his own family. I hope everybody noticed how many people in other countries were having Trump rallies! I did!
I honestly think what happened on the 6th plus the backstabbing took it out of him. Maybe he saw how the swamp was willing to use and sacrifice his base to hurt him. He doesn’t seem like the kind of guy that would put himself above the people he was trying to protect.
