I am reminded of the clip of Trump saying he would sometime like to lose it all to see who stays loyal, and who does not.

If this was a movie, would there be a better ending than he somehow comes back? No I have no idea how that's possible, but holy bleep that would be a good show. And we would clearly know who's full of it then, wouldn't we.
