Well, sure they can win! Easy! If you add the dead vote, .3 of each Trump vote, the vote of people who are not residents of the state, the illegal vote... you can just almost get there.
Only have to burn/ throw away a few thousand Trump votes, change the military votes to 100% Biden, cause election day votes not to count by forcing people to use sharpies, and freshly print up a few hundred thousand new Biden ballots (run some of them a couple times just for luck. ) and dump them all at once.
So, yeah, Dems don't need a full 90% of the black vote to win. That's just crazy talk.
