Choose: VAERS Data Search and agree to all the stuff.
Choose Request Form tab
Group By: VAERS ID
Check Adverse Event Description Box under Optional Measures
Select COVID 19 Vaccine
From there you can run the report or narrow it down.
I narrowed it to Death, Life Threatening, Permanent Disability
