No, because he's a Democrat and laws only apply to conservatives.

It should be impeachable... but won’t be. He is president of the uniparty

Jabron661 3 points ago +3 / -0

He might interfere, but as Hilary showed, he won't "intend" to do it.

That is the Democrat pussy pass, al of their prosecutors just say "well, he did do what he was accused of, but he didn't intend to, so no charges."

Wait and see.

Only apples to Republicans.

Sure, but who's gonna vote to impeach/ remove? We've got maybe a handful of Americans serving in our government right now, the rest are CCP loyalists.

He said he wasn't going to get involved during the campaign.

He also claimed Trump was lying when Trump predicted Xiden would ban fracking and he didn't make it 48 hours before saying he would be doing that.

I don’t think there are any standards anymore

3
ENTP 3 points ago +3 / -0

nothing is impeachable if congress won’t impeach you

3
Tsmumbles 3 points ago +3 / -0

It is but its offered in the house and tried in the senate. Any bets on how far it would go?

3
kommisar6 3 points ago +3 / -0

adam schiff said that would be obstruction of justice.

There will be a report and they will say they found nothing.

Not if my friend he will and Hunter will cop a plea in the next couple of weeks and walk!

PropagandaWizard1984 1 point ago +1 / -0

Sweet Summer child, laws don't matter anymore.

1
Meme_Too 1 point ago +1 / -0

Illegally pretending to be the President of the United States is an impeachable offense.

1
RentedMule 1 point ago +1 / -0

I would love to see a special prosecutor hired, and then watch Biden fire said prosecutor. After Trump let the Mueller investigation go on unimpeded, even when no evidence could be found, Biden firing the prosecutor investigating him would be an enormous red pill to the left.

Not if no one reports on it.

Then it becomes a dangerous conspiracy theory that must be purged.

Extradite both of them to Ukraine.

1
DeadOverRed 1 point ago +1 / -0

You can't impeach a dictator.

1
KYMAGApatriot1 1 point ago +1 / -0

If Hunter spends one day in jail I’ll eat my iPhone.

1
Greenhills 1 point ago +1 / -0

Lol. You ask like the law applies to these people.

1
Charizard 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yes, if we had actual laws for democrats.

1
Bogey 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yeah but you'll never have a signed confession notarized by the head of the FBI, so there's essentially no evidence. Plus everyone lacks standing to bring it to court.

It's obstruction in a just legal system. So to answer your question, no.

1
Voltage 1 point ago +1 / -0

You forgot your standing!

1
strawberryismyjam 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yup.

But he's a Democrat so nothing will be done about it.

1
Wenger 1 point ago +1 / -0

You can impeach a president just because you dont like them now.

1
Jduufiisjhxhgd 1 point ago +1 / -0

Only if you have a majority in the House

1
Hugh 1 point ago +1 / -0

Possibly but conviction requires more than the current 10-90 (generous) patriot minority in the Senate.

1
linkforyou 1 point ago +1 / -0

Literally anything is an impeachable offense. An impeachment could be started over a haircut. It is not a criminal proceeding.

1
0romis 1 point ago +1 / -0

He'll just pardon him

1
TiredCampaigner 1 point ago +1 / -0

Violating Article II, Section 2, Clause 2 of the US Constitution is a slam dunk. He signed a treaty without the advice and 2/3 consent of the Senate by rejoining the Paris Accord.

Why wait? File articles today for what he did yesterday, every day.

1
thebaddyman 1 point ago +1 / -0

yes

1
Drinkup4 1 point ago +1 / -0

It depends, is Nancy still speaker of the house? Is he still useful to the Dems?

RabidZoo 0 points ago +1 / -1

Chinese riddle for you. There won't be any investigations.

The FBI and DOJ IS COMPLETELY FUCKING CORRUPT.
