Yeah they always have to disavow Trump. Self-censorship is required.

I disagree with a lot of Trump's policies but we never get to that point when I am arguing with someone and they say absurdities like "Trump is racist" or "Kids in cages" etc.

Trump haters have a psychological block in even addressing his actual policies and making denunciations of Trump's character does not help with common ground. They never feel the need to disavow Biden's dog shit tier character though...
